Writing a Satisfaction Questionnaire for the First Time

Writing a customer or client satisfaction questionnaire should not be that difficult.

When I'm asked about the steps, there really are just a few basic pieces that need to be addressed.

First, you need a handful of good, well tested questions.

Second, you need an online survey tool that is easy to learn and inexpensive to get started with. SurveyMonkey fits the bill for most surveys.

Third, you'll need an email list of subscribers or customers to whom you have permission to send email.

And that's about it... these are the 3 necessary ingredients.

To get a better look at how to get started with your survey, visit my main site, The Satisfaction Questionnaire Blog where you'll find tips and advice on how to write your first online survey. There's even a sign up form for a free 12-part email mini-course that will take you through the process.

See you there.
